When making a reservation which includes a travel package with accommodation and/or an attraction – Yes, the entire fee will be prepaid online.
When reserving online to guarantee your passage, only the reservation fee is charged. The full amount is displayed online for passenger convenience. However, the full amount is to be paid upon arrival at the ferry terminal.
Walk on passengers: 20 minutes ahead of sailing time
Vehicles in Victoria: 90 minutes ahead (60 minutes for 6:10am sailing) of sailing time
Vehicles in Port Angeles: 60 minutes ahead of sailing time
If you do not have a vehicle reservation, please phone the appropriate terminal to find out when your party needs to be at the terminal for your desired sailing.
U.S. Border Security procedures take time. These regulations require that all passengers be in the vehicle during security checks. Failure to comply may result in your party being declined entry. Once security checks are complete passengers must remain in the compound of the terminal until departure.
All of our rates are in U.S. dollars. Canadian currency is accepted, subject to current exchange rates. All credit cards used in Canada can be processed in American or Canadian funds.
Parking is available in numerous privately operated lots within 1 or 2 blocks from our Port Angeles ferry terminal. Prices range from $10 - $15 per day.

No. Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed passage unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yes. For all passengers requiring extra assistance for boarding, disembarking, or accessing the passenger deck, our terminal personnel will be happy to assist.
Yes. The midship lounge and solarium are both pet friendly areas. Dog kennels are located in the Solarium on the outer deck.
Sailing time is approximately 90 minutes.
Yes. The M.V. Coho can accommodate all vehicle types including campers, trucks, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles, commercial trucks and tour buses.
Yes. Smoking is permitted on the exterior of the ferry only.
Yes, the M.V. Coho features a cafeteria and gift shop with a selection of food items available — view onboard amenities here.
For your safety, access to the car deck is prohibited while underway.
