Feast for the Senses and Butchart Gardens Holiday Lights Tour

This tour is available December 1 - 31, 2017 only. You can learn a lot about a culture through its food and liquor, and this tour into Victoria’s sizzling scene does not disappoint!

Relax with a scenic ride through Victoria until you arrive at the Victoria Caledonian Brewery and Distillery, a popular brewery offering the best single malts and pot still whiskies in the finest Scottish tradition. Sip on a refreshing IPA or robust porter as you learn about the distilling process. With an award-winning maturation expert and a seasoned master distiller who grew up in the business you are in for a treat. From there you will head to Sea Cider, this is a new hotspot on the city’s radar and is a total feast for the senses. Along with Cider samples, you will be treated to West Coast charcuterie, which includes local cheeses, Red Barn sausage, smoked salmon dip, dijon mustard, bread, crackers, pickles and olives. Did we mention the view? Take in the breathtaking ocean and mountain views at this award-winning cidery. Last but not least wander through the Butchart Gardens Magic of Christmas displays. Try and find the Twelve Days of Christmas displays located throughout the Gardens. Sing along with the carollers and enjoy ice-skating under the stars. It's a spectacular display of holiday cheer!
