Where can I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased at the Port Angeles or Victoria terminals.

Do you accept foot passenger reservations?
Yes, we accept foot passenger reservations. Our passenger capacity is 1000 passengers so it is rare that we reach our limit. However for those who would like to be assured of their desired sailings we are proud to provide this service.

Do you accept vehicle reservations?
50% of the vessel is currently saved for vehicle reservations. You can check on-line or phone any of our offices for availability.

How do I make a reservations?
Reservations can be booked online up to 24 hours prior to sailing or by phoning one of our offices up to the day of travel. We recommend that reservations be booked as soon as possible.

Are round trip reservations accepted?
Yes, round trip reservations will be accepted.

Are there reservation fees?
There will be a nonrefundable fee for all vehicle reservations. The fee schedule is as follows:

The fares for vehicles, driver and passengers will be collected when you arrive at our terminals.
Foot passenger reservations will not be accessed a fee, but at time of booking the entire fare will be collected.

What is your cancellation policy?
There is a nonrefundable fee for vehicles. Foot passenger cancellations will be refunded except the equivalent to one adult passenger fare.

Do you accept passengers and vehicles without reservations?
Travellers without reservations are accepted on a first come-first serve basis. If reserved space on your desired sailing is sold out please phone the departing terminal for information on when to arrive.

Can Buses and Commercial trucks book reservations?
We accept reservation for Buses and Commercial by telephone only.

Can I book a reservation on the day of travel?
If there is available space, we will accept reservations on the phone on the same day of
travel.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Travel cheques, cash in US & Canadian Funds, Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards (Canadian funds are charged with exchange rate).
